All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Since many of our products are handcrafted, custom-made, or made-to-order, certain orders may require additional processing time. If there is any significant delay, our support team will notify you by email.
Once your order is placed, you will receive:

Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of USD $20 per order for worldwide delivery.
Your shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before your payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Tracking details are generally sent within 2–5 business days after dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive your tracking information within five business days after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
